The Youth Mental Health Project

At The Youth Mental Health Project, we believe that every child's mental wellbeing needs to be nurtured and that mental wellness and physical wellness should be equally prioritized. We educate, empower and support families and communities on youth mental health through facilitated dialogue, educational tools, workshops, and personal storytelling. By emphasizing early intervention and prevention, we help reduce the incidence and severity of youth mental health conditions.
